Caring for pets with cancer from the comfort of your home.

Mobile Veterinary Oncology in Austin, TX

Having a pet with cancer is hard enough. Let us make it a little bit easier by coming to you.

Our Services

  • Each appointment includes a full physical exam, mobile ultrasound (if needed), a thorough explanation of your pet’s condition, and a detailed treatment plan tailored specifically to you and your pet’s needs.

  • This type of appointment will provide general information about your pet’s diagnosis and treatment options. We cannot diagnose or prescribe medications without an in-person exam.

  • We currently use Butterfly iQ/iQ+™ technology for ultrasound screening.

  • Dr. Harris will thoroughly explain your pet’s diagnosis and all available treatment options. If one of these options is chemotherapy and you wish to pursue treatment, we can administer it in your home.

  • Immunotherapy describes the 3rd pillar of cancer treatment (the 1st & 2nd being chemo and radiation). Immunotherapy aims to train your pet’s immune system to recognize your pet’s cancer as something that should be destroyed. Other immunotherapy may be termed “immunomodulatory” meaning that these modalities help keep the body from unwittingly supporting the growth of a cancer. Precision therapy means evaluating your pet’s cancer on a genetic level and utilizing drugs that may inhibit growth by blocking pathways unique to your pet’s tumor.
